01
So you want to try this
You saw a video, you got curious, you ended up here. Here is what you just walked into.
Someone films a product. The video blows up. Hundreds of people comment "where do I get this" and never find out, because the person filming was not selling anything.
That gap is the business. Filling it is dropshipping.
How it works
You put the product on your own store for $29.
Someone buys it from you.
Your supplier ships it straight to them, and you pay them $8.
The $21 left over covers ads, fees, and your profit.
You never hold stock and never pay for inventory upfront.
Before you get too excited
It is not free money. You spend on ads, or you spend your time making videos.
Most products you test will flop. That is normal and it is the actual job.
Your first store will not be your best store. Launch it anyway.
Takeaway You are not gambling on one perfect product. You are running cheap tests until one works.
02
Find a winning product
Do not invent demand. Find something people already buy, then sell it better than the person they found it from.
Scroll TikTok on purpose
Search #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt, then #AmazonFinds and #viral.
Look for the same product from several different creators. One viral video is luck. Five is demand.
Read the comments. "Where do I get this" means people want to buy and cannot. That gap is your store.
Save 10 products before you pick one.
A good product
Go for it
Solves an obvious problem, or looks amazing in 3 seconds.
Hard to find in a normal shop.
Costs under $15, sells for 3x that or more.
Small and light, so shipping is cheap.
Looks good on camera.
Skip it if
Walk away
It is already in every supermarket.
It is fragile, huge, or heavy.
It is a phone case, a watch, or sunglasses. Too crowded.
It needs sizing, like most clothing. Returns will eat you alive.
It is electrical, medical, or a battery. Rules and refunds.
Then find a supplier
Search the product on AliExpress or Amazon.
On AliExpress, sort by Most orders. Pick a seller with 4.7 stars or higher and 1,000+ orders.
Read the 3 star reviews, not the 5 star ones. That is where the real problems are.
Copy the product URL. That link is all you need for the next chapter.
Wait 10 to 15 minutes. Shopify is still processing your card. Nothing is broken.
Path B: you already have a store
On the first screen, pick "Re-design my existing Shopify store with AI".
It builds a draft theme. Your live store keeps running until you decide to publish the new one. Nothing breaks.
Compare the two, then publish when you are happy.
Do not want a redesign? Skip it and just rebuild your existing product pages one by one. See chapter 05.
While it builds
The AI is importing your products, writing titles, descriptions and SEO, suggesting prices, designing every page, importing reviews, building bundles, and switching on the sales apps.
Takeaway Nothing here costs real money on day one. Both paths end with a store you fully own.
04
Make your store convert
Looking good and selling are two different jobs. Your store already does most of the second one.
What a page that sells actually does
Learn this once and you will spot it on every good store you visit.
Says what the thing is, fast. A clean title, not the 90 word mess from AliExpress.
Puts the reasons to buy above the button. Most people never scroll. If your best argument is halfway down, it does not exist.
Sells the outcome, not the specs. Nobody buys "600ml stainless steel". They buy "still cold at 5pm".
Answers the shipping question on the spot. Baymard Institute research shows shoppers look for delivery and returns while deciding, not after. That is why it sits in tabs on the page, not buried in the footer.
Offers a second item before checkout. A bundle high on the page is how one order becomes two.
Proves other people bought. Reviews with real photos beat any sentence you can write.
Kills doubts before they close the tab. That is the product FAQ.
Looks safe to pay on. Payment icons, clear policies, a real contact page.
What your store already has working for you
You do not build any of this. It comes switched on.
Real reviews, so nobody has to be your first customer.
Bundles that turn one item into two.
An email pop-up that catches people who are interested but not ready today.
Session recordings, so you can watch real visitors and see where they give up.
Prices in your visitor's own currency.
Related products, so a dead end turns into another chance.
Urgency showing real time scarcity, not a fake timer.
The three things to tune yourself
Your price. At least 3x what the product costs you. Under that, ads eat everything.
Your shipping promise. Put your real delivery window in the tabs. Vague shipping is the number one reason carts get abandoned.
Your first image. The one thing everyone sees. If the supplier photo is bad, replace it. Chapter 08 shows you how.
Takeaway Do not redesign anything yet. Set your price, your shipping promise and your main image, then go get traffic.
05
Add more products in 30 seconds
Your store is live. Every product you add from here gets the same high converting layout automatically.
Three ways to add one
Open your store builder dashboard and click Generate new product page with AI.
Paste an AliExpress link. It pulls the images, variants and pricing, rewrites everything, and imports the reviews. Tick "Import reviews from AliExpress" for social proof from day one.
Paste an Amazon link. Same flow.
Pick a product already in your Shopify catalog. This one is for fixing pages you built badly before.
"Rewrite product title and description with AI" will replace what you already have, and it cannot be undone. If you spent an hour on your description, leave it unchecked. Everything else still gets filled in.
Give it at least 3 images and some description to work from.
You can generate in other languages if you sell outside your country.
Your URL does not change, your inventory does not change, and nothing gets duplicated.
Takeaway This speed is the point. Chapter 12 explains why it decides whether you make money.
06
Edit it without breaking it
Two places to edit your store, and mixing them up is the most common mistake. Two minutes here saves you a confusing afternoon.
Shopify Product Editor
Changes ONE product
Titles, descriptions, prices.
Product images.
Key benefits, taglines, FAQs.
Anything unique to one product.
Shopify, then Products. Or your store builder dashboard, then Edit product.
Shopify Theme Editor
Changes EVERY product
Colours and fonts.
Section order and layout.
Adding or hiding sections.
Anything you want on all products.
Your store builder dashboard, then Edit store. Or Shopify, then Online Store, then Customize.
Metafields are the little containers holding content for one specific product. Your tagline is in one, your benefit images in another. The AI filled them all in. Click View all in the Product Editor, because Shopify only shows the first 20.
The mistake almost everyone makes
You want to change one image. You open the Theme Editor, swap it, save. It works. Then you check another product and the same image is there too.
You did not edit the product. You edited the template, and every product shares it. You replaced a dynamic field with a fixed image.
The fix: back in the Theme Editor, remove the fixed image, click the small dynamic source icon, and reconnect it to the right metafield.
Rule of thumb: if something suddenly changed on all your products, you made a template edit.
Countdown timers, video blocks, overlapping image layouts, testimonials, carousels, dividers. Install one, then drag it where you want. These are the design elements agencies charge thousands for.
Takeaway Product content lives in the Product Editor. Design lives in the Theme Editor. Keep them apart and nothing breaks.
07
Before you go live
Do not send traffic to a store that cannot take money. About 30 minutes of work.
Payments on. Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Place a test order yourself and check the confirmation email arrives.
Shipping rates set. A threshold like "free over $35" pushes people to add a second item.
Policy pages filled in. Shipping, returns, privacy, terms. Not the placeholder text.
Contact info that works. A real email you check.
Open it on your phone. Most of your buyers will be on one.
Buy a domain. A .myshopify.com URL kills trust instantly. Worth the $12.
Connect fulfilment so orders ship automatically the moment someone pays. DSers is free and built for AliExpress. Zendrop and CJ Dropshipping are faster.
Takeaway Never order from AliExpress by hand for every sale. Set fulfilment up once, before the orders start.
08
Make your videos and photos
Nothing sells without something to post. You make it all inside your store, before you spend a cent on traffic. No camera, no editor, no agency.
AI Video Ads
A vertical video ad for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, made from the product photos already in your store.
Writes the script and the voiceover.
Captions or an AI presenter, you choose before generating.
Cannot be edited after, so if it misses, regenerate.
AI Product Photoshoot
Cuts your product out of its background and drops it into new studio or lifestyle scenes.
Describe the scene or pick a template.
The fix for weak supplier photos.
Keep the good ones, they sit next to your originals.
AI Social Post Writer
Writes the captions to go with all of it, so you are not staring at an empty box at 11pm.
And more
AI Image to Video, AI Image Expand, AI Product Description, AI Background Remover, and an AI Marketing Plan.
Do this before chapter 09, not after
You need 3 creatives per product to test properly. Make them now and both traffic chapters get much easier.
Takeaway Test one AI ad against one video you filmed. Whichever wins, make more of those.
09
Free traffic
Start here if you have no ad budget. It costs time instead of money, and it is how most first stores get their first sale.
Warm up your account first. 3 days minimum.
Do not post product content on a brand new account. You get shadowbanned and nobody sees it. For 3 days: follow people in your niche, like, comment, save and share. Act like a normal person. Then start posting.
Then post everywhere
Same videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Three platforms, one effort.
3 to 5 posts a day per platform when you start. Volume is your only real edge.
Find creators already posting your product. Study their hooks, then make your own version.
Three formats that keep working
Before and after. Show the problem, then the product fixing it.
Slideshow story. Photos with text on top, building to the product.
Viral copy with your twist. Take a format that already works and swap in your product.
Your call to action
Do not hard sell. Frame it as a recommendation between friends.
"I kept seeing this on Amazon but found it way cheaper at [your store]."
That reads like a discovery, not an ad, and it converts because of it.
Takeaway Do not want to be on camera? Hire a UGC creator for around $100 to $150 a video.
10
Paid traffic
When a product already gets a response organically, ads pour fuel on it. Not before.
Start on Meta, not TikTok ads
Meta covers Facebook and Instagram. TikTok ads have higher costs, jumpier performance and easier account bans. Learn one platform properly first.
Your first campaign
Create a Sales campaign. Use ABO, not CBO, while testing.
One ad set. $50 a day, 7 day click attribution.
3 creatives in that one ad set. Not 5. Meta needs enough spend per creative to learn, and $50 across 5 ads is too thin to read.
Let it run 3 full days and $50 to $100 per ad before you judge anything.
If you download someone else's video, strip the watermark. Facebook penalises watermarked content.
Do not touch it on day one
Turning ads off after 6 hours because there are no sales is the fastest way to burn money and learn nothing. The algorithm is still learning. Let it finish.
Kill rules, per ad
Under 1.5x ROAS at $50+ spend, pause it.
CTR under 1% and CPM over $30, pause it.
Only kill the whole ad set when all 3 ads inside are dead.
Winner? Duplicate it into a CBO campaign at $100 to $200 a day.
Takeaway Test at $50 a day. Scale winners in a separate campaign. Never scale by editing the one that is already working.
11
Know your numbers
Likes and views do not pay for anything. Four numbers tell you whether a product makes money.
Number
What it means
What good looks like
ROAS
Return on ad spend. Revenue divided by ad spend.
1.5x to keep it. 2.5x+ to scale it.
CPP
Cost per purchase. What one sale costs you in ads.
Lower than price minus product cost minus shipping.
AOV
Average order value.
Push it up with bundles and free shipping thresholds.
CVR
Conversion rate. Visitors who actually buy.
1.5%+ on cold traffic means your page works.
Find them in Shopify Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Use session recordings to watch where people drop off.
When to kill and when to scale
Kill the product under 1.5x ROAS at $150+ spend across all ads. Move on.
Scale the winner at 2.5x+ ROAS and $100+ spend, in a new CBO campaign.
Add a 1% lookalike of your purchasers once you have 100+ sales.
Test new creatives weekly. Winning angles get tired in 2 to 4 weeks.
Takeaway One number decides everything: is a sale costing you less than it earns you?
12
Test more than anyone else
This is the chapter that decides whether you make money. Everything before it was setup.
The honest maths
Roughly 8 or 9 out of every 10 products you test will fail. That is not you being bad at this. That is the game.
Test 1 product and you have about a 10% chance of a winner.
Test 10 products and it is around 65%.
Test 30 products and you are very likely to find several.
So the only real question is how many tests you can run before you run out of money or patience.
Why most people never get there
One good product page by hand is 2 to 4 hours. Thirty of them is 60 to 120 hours. That is why almost everyone quits after two or three tries, and it has nothing to do with how good their products were.
A new page here takes about 30 seconds. Those same 30 pages take you an afternoon. You can test more in a week than most people test in a year.
What testing actually looks like
Pick 3 products from your saved list in chapter 02.
Generate all 3 pages. Under two minutes.
Make 3 creatives each using chapter 08.
Run them using the rules in chapter 10.
Kill the losers on the numbers, not on how you feel about them.
Repeat with the next 3. That is the whole loop.
When the whole niche is wrong
Sometimes it is not the product. Nothing in the niche sells, and no page will fix that. Starting fresh used to mean weeks of work, so people stayed stuck for months.
Now a whole new store takes about 10 minutes. Different niche, different products, same conversion setup. Be honest with yourself about when to walk away and start again.
Each store is its own Shopify store, so it needs its own Shopify plan. Cheap, but not free.
The mindset that separates people who make it
Winners are not smarter and they do not have better taste. They just get to test 30 products while everyone else is still hand-building page number three.
Takeaway Your edge is not picking perfectly on the first try. It is getting more shots than everyone else.
?
Questions people actually ask
Is it really free?
Building the store is free. You pay Shopify, which is 3 days free then $1 a month for 3 months, and Vitals, which is 7 days free then $29.99 a month. You add a card to start but you are not charged on day one, and you can cancel anytime. The store stays yours either way.
Do I own the store?
Yes. It is a real Shopify store in your own Shopify account, not a demo and not a template preview. You keep 100% of your profit and there are no commissions.
Do I need design or coding skills?
No. You pick a niche, answer a few questions, and the AI does the design, the copy and the setup.
How much money do I need to start?
The store part is close to nothing. Budget for a domain, around $12, and an ad test if you go the paid route, around $150 to $300 to learn anything useful. Or start with free traffic and spend time instead of money.
I already have a Shopify store. Can I use this?
Yes. Pick "Re-design my existing Shopify store with AI" and it builds a draft theme, so your live store is untouched until you publish. If you only want better product pages, skip the redesign and rebuild them one by one.
Can I add my own products instead of AI picks?
Yes. Paste AliExpress links, paste an Amazon link, or use products already in your Shopify catalog. You can mix all three.
Where do the reviews come from?
They are imported from the AliExpress listing for that product, so your store has real social proof from day one. You can read, edit or delete any of them.
How many products should I start with?
6 to 8 for a first store. Enough to look like a real shop, few enough to manage.
Can I change everything after it is built?
Yes, all of it. Product content in the Shopify Product Editor, design in the Theme Editor. Chapter 06 explains which is which.
How long until I make a sale?
Nobody can honestly tell you. It depends on your product, your videos and your budget. What is true: you will not make a sale from a store you never launched, and most people quit after testing two products.
Can I sell in another language?
Yes. Your product pages can be generated in other languages.
What if I get stuck?
There is 24/7 human support with live chat, plus a full help centre. Real people, not a bot.
That is the whole course
Stop reading. Go build it.
The store takes about 10 minutes and costs nothing today. You can always change it later.
